This limited-edition, 210-millimeter, matte black, double-beveled blade is expertly designed for precise slicing of raw fish, making it the essential tool for sushi enthusiasts.

  Limited to just 240 pieces – a tribute to the original 240Z – this knife was crafted in partnership with Kiryu, legendary chef Hiroyuki “Chef Hiro” Terada and Nissan Design America (NDA). This unique partnership ensures that the knife not only performs with precision, but also reflects the iconic aesthetics of Nissan Z NISMO.

  The red spacer within the buffalo horn handle pay homage to the iconic red trim of Z NISMO, adding a distinctive touch. Each blade is engraved with a unique production number, Chef Hiro’s signature, and the Kiryu and Z logos, marking its exclusivity.
